What kind of wax do you use?

Our candles are made with coconut wax, soy wax and a small amount of food grade paraffin. 

How do I care for my candle ?

Trim wick before each burn. Only burn candle on a level, fire resistance surface. Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when only 1/4 inch of the wax remains. If you have concerns about your candle, please email us at love@shoptayrachelle. 

Why does my candle have gaps in the jar? 

These are known as wet spots and are completely normal for coconut soy wax candles. It will not effect the quality of your candle or the amount. 

What happens if my goods are damaged ?

We carefully package each item to ensure the risk of damage in transit is extremely unlikely.  If you have a quality or shipping issue with your order, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us  at love@shoptayrachelle.com so that the best solution can be offered.
